Hi, Im the CO of the Costa Rican Outpost and we have some trouble with a member account. The thing is when he registered he lost his password and the registered email had a typo. So, he could not access his account.
Sometime ago an administrator did reset his password, but, sent the new password to his registered email ad which is wrong, so he never got it.
