The troopers were caught in a trap set forth by the Emperor but managed to overcome the odds and complete the mission.

Yavin Hangar Technicians played an important role in the battle against the evil Empire. The technicians ensured that the fighters and their droids were in full working order allowing the rebel pilots to destroy the first Death Star.

Hoth Hanger Technicians had an important role to play in the battle of Hoth. The technicians oversaw the shield generator the Rebel Alliance defence against any incoming Imperial attacks. They also helped maintain the Ion cannon used to take out a Star Destroyer and assisted in launching the Rebel Fleet off of the Hoth Planet when the Empire overran the Rebel defences.
