Feliciano Family Fundraiser

In May, the Feliciano Family lost their house to fire. Gleysha Feliciano and her husband are local costumers who have spent time with Puerto Rico Base at conventions around the island. On Sunday June 10, 2012 at Plaza del Canton Mall (located in Bayamon, PR) members helped at a small fundraiser, held to collect donations for this family in their time of need.

Some of the donations made by Puerto Rico Base, which included monetary donations, gifts cards, clothing, and Star Wars items for the couple’s 4-year-old son.

Puerto Rico Base is very happy to have been able to contribute to this family at this time of need. Being part of The Rebel Legion has given us the chance to contribute to different causes and organizations, aside from dressing up as our favorite Star Wars characters, it is on this special event that we get the opportunity so shine with our hearts! And do what matters the most – which is to help the community.
