CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
A Kel Dor from Dorin, Plo Koon was among the wisest members of the Jedi Order, respected for his level-headed analysis of events and unflappable calm. Deeply concerned for life in all its myriad forms, Plo was especially devoted to protecting the clones under his command. He shared a special bond with Ahsoka Tano, whom he’d brought to the Jedi Order as a toddler. One of many victims of Order 66, Master Plo died at Cato Neimoidia when his wingmen shot down his starfighter.

Required Details:
1. Mask must be made from material such as silicone, latex, or similar material to give the appearance of a skin and does not appear to be shiny, rigid, or hard.
2. Mask must not have any visible seams.
3. Mask must be soft orange or tan in color.
4. Mask must have inset goggles that are oval in shape.
5. Nose bridge must be present connecting inner corners of goggle eye pieces.
6. Goggles must have a total of six (6) holes that are on recessed part of lenses.
7. Goggles must be bronze or gunmetal in color and are lightly weathered.
8. Respirator must be made of a rigid material and attached to the mask over wearer’s nose and cheek bones under eyes.
9. Respirator must have an overall triangular shape.
10. Respirator must have recessed ‘cheek’ pieces.
11. Respirator must have a diamond shaped vent in center front piece.
12. Respirator must be covered in a decorative pattern.
13. Respirator must have two (2) mandibles present underneath main section.
14. Mandibles must have short ‘L’ shaped piece that connects to the lower part of the main section of the mask and ear loops of the mask.
15. Other side of mandibles must have a cube then a short cylinder and end in a long tapered rectangle.
16. Mandibles connect to ear loops of the mask on the back.
17. Respirator must be bronze in color and lightly weathered.

Required Details:
1. Hands must be made from material such as silicone, latex, or similar material to give appearance of a skin and does not appear shiny, rigid, or hard.
2. Hands must be soft orange or tan in color and have four (4) fingers.
3. Finger next to a pinky must have a finger cover present on both hands.
4. Finger cover must be bronze in color with brown and black weathering, and made of a rigid material.
5. Finger cover must extend past end of a finger and come to a point.
6. Finger cover must have a knuckle-like pattern.

Required Details:
1. Tailored fit tan colored shirt with a high neck that fits snugly to wearer’s neck, wool or wool-blend materials are recommended.
2. Collar must have two (2) ribbed sections.

Required Details:
1. Inner tunic must be light brick or maroon in color, lighter in shade than outer tunic and it is recommended for it to be made of wool or wool-blend material.
2. Inner tunic must fold right over left.
3. Sleeves must extend long enough to tuck neatly into gauntlets and be fitted to wearer’s arms.
Optional Details:
1. Inner tunic may have a long skirt, slightly shorter than outer tunic.
2. If present, skirt must be shorter on sides and come to a rounded curve in both front and back.

2. Vest must have shoulder pauldron flaps instead of sleeves that protrude outward from shoulders.
3. Vest must only be visible at arms area of garment and must have no overlap in front.
Optional Details:
1. Vest may be attached to another layer but must appear to be a separate garment.

Outer Tunic:

Required Details:
1. Outer tunic must be dark maroon, brick, wine, or burgundy in color, darker in shade than inner tunic and it is recommended for it to be made of wool or wool-blend material.
2. Outer tunic must be sleeveless with shoulder seam extending past shoulder point by approximately 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5 cm) and must be proportionate to the wearer.
3. Outer tunic must have a center front seam extending from the neckline to the belt.
4. Outer tunic must have a large rounded hood attached at shoulder seams which reaches to the belt in the back when worn down.
5. Outer tunic shirt must be shorter on sides. It comes to a rounded curve in front and comes to a sharp taper in the back.
6. Skirt must have a split extending from the belt to a center back.
7. Skirt hem must end a few inches (centimeters) above top of the boots in the sides.
8. Skirt hem must be same length, extending to below cuff at top of the boots in the front and back.

Tabards:

Required Details:
1. Tabards must be same color and material as outer tunic.
2. Tabards must be made up of two (2) panels that extend from under belt to approximately 2 inches (5 cm) longer than outer tunic.
3. Tabards end in sharper diagonally angled points that are towards wearer’s center front.

Armor:
Note: The Rebel Legion does not accept EVA foam armor. If armor has EVA foam as a component, it must be finished with fiberglass or other applied method, so it does not look like EVA foam, and has longevity of wear.

2. Armor is seamless on outer edge.
3. Elbow plate must be attached to forearm gauntlet.
4. Armor must have a maroon colored Jedi council symbol on outer side of both forearms.
5. Armor must be weathered with shades of gray; including scuffs and faded areas.
Optional Details:
1. Jedi style black or dark grey compad may be present on the left gauntlet.
2. Compad is painted to match the armor in color, including decals.
3. Compad’s smaller button is painted blue and is placed close to the wrist.

2. Obi must be approximately 2 inches (5 cm) wider than the belt, 1 inch (2.5 cm) above and below the belt.

Required Details:
1. Belt must be medium brown or reddish-brown in color, made of leather or leather-like material and match boots in color.
2. Wide inner belt must be approximately 3 to 3.5 inches (7.5 to 8.5 cm) wide.
3. Narrow outer belt must be approximately 1.5 to 2 inches (3.5 to 5 cm) wide.
4. Outer belt must be secured centrally on top of inner belt.
5. Belt buckle must be silver in color and it consists of a straight line with two (2) inward facing arches on either end.
5. Outer belt must have two (2) long silver greeblies that match buckle in color and fit flush against outer belt, one (1) on each of wearer’s sides.
6. Greeblies wrap around to backside with approximately 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.5 cm) gap between them at back of the belt and a gap approximately 1.5 to 2 inches (3.5- to 5 cm) between the belt buckle and greeblies in front.

Required Details:
1. Boots must be made of leather or leather-like material, medium to light reddish brown in color and match belt in color.
2. Boots must have a low heel.
3. Spats are knee high and connect to boot at foot, stopping about halfway between ankle and toes.
5. Spats must have a cuff at top and be proportionate to the wearer.
6. Spats must have a raised seam extending from cuff down middle of front and back of spats.
7. Spats must have three (3) horizontal raised seams that go around main body in even segments.
8. Spats must be lightly weathered.
9. No visible outside zippers permitted, an inside zipper is allowed.
