CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Barriss Offee was a female Mirialan Jedi Knight. She carried a blue lightsaber and trained as a Padawan under Jedi Master Luminara Unduli. Offee participated in the First Battle of Geonosis that began the Clone Wars and continued to serve alongside Unduli throughout the war. Offee preferred studying ancient Jedi texts to fighting. During her time as a Jedi Padawan, Offee struck up a friendship with Ahsoka Tano, the Padawan learner of Anakin Skywalker. Though rather different in personality, the two bonded through shared experience in combat, including at the Second Battle of Geonosis. (Source: Wookiepedia)

Required Details:
1. Dark cold brown long-sleeved top, made of non-shiny material that should appear horizontally ribbed.Top should be fitted to the wearer.
2. Sleeves cover the wrist and end half on the back of the hand with a rounded peek with a snug fit to the wearer’s arm.
3. The Shirt has a middle panel that is wider at the top then at the bottom. The panel has horizontal ribbing that is wider than the rest of the shirt. Same color as the rest of the shirt.
4. The Shirt is tucked inside the skirt.
5. Attached hood that covers and hides the hair underneath the cloak hood. Alternatively a separate cowl is acceptable. Must be the same fabric and color as the main shirt.
6. The ribs of the shirt and panel are about 0.2 to 0.4 inches (0.5 – 1 cm) wide.
Optional Details:
The shirts collar fits tightly around the neck like a turtle neck.

Required Details:
1. Brown toned, leather or leather-like bracer on the left arm. Bracer reaches from approximately 1 inch (approx. 2.5cm) from wrist to just before elbow. It is tight fitting.
2. Decorative pattern must match references. The bottom part of the bracer has a rounded rectangle. At mid-forearm is a paler brown or beige band circumferencing the bracer. At the elbow end there is a pattern of four (4) to five (5) pale brown or beige bands which point to an arrow on the top side of the bracer, pointing towards the wrist end.
Optional Details:
1. Accurate comlink on the bracer. The base is stadium shaped that is dark gray or black in color with two (2) circular buttons, each on either end of the comlink. The button closest to the elbow is light brown in color and the button closest to the wrist end is light gray in color with a smaller circle in the middle. There are four (4) microphone lines engraved into the comlink between the two (2) buttons. The comlink location on the bracer is the top side at mid-forearm.

Required Details:
1. Dark brown leather or leather-like belt, with heart-shaped decoration on buckle.
2. Belt is approximately 2.5 inches to 4 inches (approx. 7 – 10cm) wide and has two loops, one on each side.
3. Buckle is rectangular in shape, dark brown in color and approximately two 2 x 4 inches (approx. 6 cm x 10 cm) in size.
4. Buckle covers almost a third of the belt at the front and there is no visible clasp.
5. The edge of the buckle is adorned with a band of small white or beige balls or pearls.
6. The heart is white or beige in color and has an inner line of darker color. Heart must be screen accurate or as close as possible.
7. At the bottom to the left and right of the buckle are two small darts that are white or beige in color.
8. Buckle and Belt must be proportionate to the wearer.
9. Belt hangs below the waist.

Required Details:
1. Silver coloured lightsaber hilt.
2. Hilt is plain and free of specific decoration.
3. Three (3) buttons are positioned along the hilt; one (1) red rectangular button with curved edges positioned at the emitter end of the hilt and two (2) round grey buttons positioned at the pomel end of the hilt.
4. Pommel is cone shaped with a blunt and flattened end.
5. Emitter is made of a series of discs of varying diameter and thickness.
6. Covertec wheel located at the pomel end of the hilt and is positioned on the opposite side to the buttons.
7. The lightsaber may be a static prop (hilt-only).
8. No toy sabers, no Ultimate FX short saber.
Optional Details:
1. Attached blade, LED lights, and sound effects, are allowed but not required.
2. If bladed, must be blue.

Required Details:
1. Hair is cut short and stands of in layers above the neck.
2. No hairs are visible on the forehead – they are hidden by the scarf.
3. Wigs and prosthetics are allowed, but must be high quality and look like real hair (dark brown recommended).

Required Details:
1. Twin hilts resemble the established curved design for the Clone Wars version of Asajj Ventress.
2. Lightsabers may be affixed to either the front or the back of the belt buckle.
3. Pommels may be attached together into a double saber design, or they may be worn/carried separately.
4. There is no visible hardware for attaching them.
5. The hilts are slightly bent.
6. There are 4 black / dark gray stripes circumferencing the hilt. Base and tip of the hilt are rectangular shaped and have rounded corners.
7. The lightsaber may be a static prop (hilt-only).
8. No toy sabers, no Ultimate FX short saber.
Optional Details:
1. Attached blade(s), LED lights, and sound effects, are allowed but not required.
2. If bladed, must be red.
