Putting behind a checkered past by lending her skills to a greater cause, Jyn Erso is impetuous, defiant, and eager to bring the battle to the Empire. Used to operating alone, she finds higher purpose by taking on a desperate mission for the Rebel Alliance. source


REQUIRED ITEMS

[box]Vest

Required Details:

  1. Medium brown cropped vest that reaches to pants waistband but does not overlap it.
  2. Front of vest is either ripstop or woven fabric (nylon or cotton recommended). Back of vest is woven fabric (cotton recommended).
  3. Front of vest has ivory, light yellow, or light brown horizontal topstitching spaced approximately ¼-⅜in (6.35mm-9.52mm) apart.
  4. Vest has front and armhole facings made of the same material used for the front of the vest. Facings have the same topstitching as the front of the vest. Vest has a red lining.
  5. Vest is slightly padded, with thicker padding in the back.
  6. Back of vest is quilted in a grid of slightly irregular squares and rectangles. The quilting extends vertically from mid-armscye to the waistband. It does not extend from side seam to side seam, but ends approximately 2-3in / 5-6.5cm in from the seams (proportional to wearer). Quilting is not visible as topstitched lines. Tie-quilting is recommended.
  7. Vest has a short stand/mandarin collar approximately 1-1.5in (2.5-3cm) tall (proportional to wearer). Collar has three visible lines of topstitching. Front ends of the collar are angled and extend past the shoulder seam by approximately 1-1.5in (2.5-3cm).
  8. Two lines of thick, pale yellow stitching run vertically down each front piece of the vest. There is one stitch in between each horizontal line of topstitching. Embroidery floss is recommended.
  9. There are two horizontal strips of dark brown webbing above the front pockets. The webbing is approximately 1in / 2.5cm tall. The webbing is centered between the lines of yellow topstitching and extends slightly beyond the stitching on either side.
  10. Vest has two large front pockets with gussets. The tops of the pockets are angled and have three lines of topstitching.
  11. There are vertical strips of brown webbing on the insides and outsides of the center front opening of the vest. One piece of ridged black tubing is attached at the top and bottom to each piece of webbing. The tubing resembles 4 smaller tubes joined to create a single piece. The outer right webbing has a metal hook (similar to hooks on a vintage Czech army M-60 backpack or pair of suspenders) attached above the top of the tubing. The hook is a weathered black matte or dark gray matte color. There is a flattened metal snap or rivet at the bottom end of the tubing.
  12. All lengths of tubing have a weathered black slider covering the top and bottom endpoints. The outer left length of tubing is longer than the others and hangs free of the vest.
  13. A flap is attached vertically between the left front webbing and left front pocket. It is wide enough to cover the tubing and webbing when folded toward the center front. The flap is trapezoidal in shape, with the free edge being slightly shorter than the edge attached to the vest. The flap has a topstitched border.
  14. Vest has a gathered waistband that is approximately 2-3in / 5-8 cm high (proportional to wearer). Waistband has 5 lines of topstitching. Left front of waistband has a heavily weathered silver badge with a red rectangular button. Right front of waistband has two black rectangular male buckle pieces. The ends of the waistband are interfaced/stabilized to lie flat, with no gathered/ruched effect.

Optional Details:

  1. Pocket gussets have a small silver-toned eyelet on the edge closest to the side seams.
  2. There is a small rectangular patch underneath each armhole. There is a small, dark-toned eyelet/grommet in the patch. The patch is a darker shade of brown compared to the rest of the vest.
  3. Front of the vest is nylon fabric; back of the vest is cotton.

Required Details:

  1. Dark grey, blue-toned grey, or slate blue smooth weave fabric. Linen or cotton recommended.
  2. Collar is a stand/mandarin collar in back and has two overlapping flaps in the front. Flaps are arranged left over right. Top flap is rectangular and should fold back over itself towards the bottom left corner of the yoke.
  3. Front collar flaps form a slightly tapered square yoke.
  4. 3/4 length sleeves that end approximately halfway between the wrist and elbow.
  5. Shirt is worn tucked into pants.

Optional Details:

  1. Collar is three pieces, with seams lining up with shoulder seams.
  2. Two vertical front darts

Required Details:

  1. Faded black, dark blue, or dark grey pants. Stretch cotton twill or denim recommended. Fabric is matte with no sheen.
  2. Each pant leg has front and back seams running along the center of the leg and extending to the waistband in addition to inseam and outer leg seam.
  3. Pants are high-waisted with a slightly relaxed, tapered fit. Pants are not skin tight.
  4. Waistband is approximately 2.5-3 in / 6-8 cm wide.
  5. Waistband has a tab closure, fastening from left to right. The edge of the tab hits at the front center seam of the right leg.
  6. A horizontal casing/tube of fabric of the pants material is attached just below each knee. The casing begins halfway between the outer side seam and the front side seam and wraps around the inside of the knee. It ends approximately halfway between the outer side seam and the back seam.
  7. Casing has two ivory or tan rectangles on the front edge. Rectangles may be embroidered, painted, or suede applique.
  8. Casing is wide enough to hold a 1” (2.5cm) strip of webbing.
  9. Webbing is ivory or light grey and heavily weathered.
  10. Webbing fastens with a quick release metal strap adjuster. Strap adjuster is weathered black metal.
  11. There are at least 8 vertical pintucks below the casing between the center front seam and the outer seam.
  12. Pants end just at the tops of the boots.
  13. Pants do not have pockets.

  1. Seams are flat-felled

Required Details:

  1. Dark brown leather or leather-like belt that is curved to fit low over the hips.
  2. Belt is approximately 2” (5cm) wide (proportional to wearer).
  3. Belt has a total of 10 large head rivets or snaps arranged in two groupings of four and with two attaching the holster to the belt.
  4. One group of four rivets is placed on the front of the belt and roughly lines up with the left front pants seam.
  5. The second group of four rivets is placed on the back of the belt and roughly lines up with the left back pants seam.
  6. Belt hardware is silver in tone but heavily weathered.
  7. Holster has a blaster retention strap that closes with a snap.
  8. Holster has a leg strap with a snap closure. Leg strap is approximately ¾” (2cm)
  9. Holster is closed with a line of stitching.
  10. Belt and holster are heavily weathered.
  11. Belt has no visible closure. Velcro closure is recommended.

Optional Details:

  1. If tonfa is being used, there is a metal hook (rigging clip or similar) attached to the posterior holster suspension strap.
  2. There is a topstitched square over the velcro closure.
  3. Holster leg strap closure consists of three male (post) snap pieces and one female (cap) snap piece.
  4. There is a keeper loop on the holster strap.

Required Details:

  1. Heavily weathered brown fingerless leather or leather-like gloves.
  2. Closure strap has an angled end and is secured with a hidden snap.
  3. Right glove has a circle divided horizontally in two stitched on the back of the hand. The top section of the divided circle is a darker color of leather than the rest of the gloves.
  4. Left glove has a circle stitched on the back of the hand. There is no division or variation of tone on the left glove.

Required Details:

  1. Dark brown combat-style leather or leather like boots. Boots have laces. Boots end just above the ankle bone.Two topstitched leather or leather like flaps cover the majority of the lacing on the shoe.
  2. Top flap has a line of stitching around the perimeter of the strap, approximately ¼” (6mm) away from the edge. Three parallel lines run from top to bottom on the inner side of the flap.
  3. Bottom flap has a curved notch cut into the outer bottom corner.
  4. Bottom flap has a heavily-weathered buckle/latch (similar to vintage Lange ZT or ZR ski boot latches) attached. The buckle attaches to the leather flap with a strip of leather looped through the bail/wire loop of the buckle and inserted into a slit in the flap.

Optional details:

  1. Boots may have a discreet inner zipper. Back and outer zippers are not allowed.

Required Details:

  1. At least one pocket tool is required.
  2. Weathered silver code cylinder is
  3. Code cylinder is approximately 3in (9.5cm) tall. It is approximately the width of a pen. Code cylinder has a clip at the top.
  4. Weathered silver and black comlink.
  5. Comlink is cylindrical and approximately 4in (10 cm) tall.
  6. The body of the comlink is silver and the cap and clip are weathered black.
  7. Pocket tools are stored in the right hand front vest pocket.

Required Details:

  1. Hair has a center part.
  2. Hair has long bangs that may fall anywhere between the cheekbones and the chin.
  3. Hair has face framing layers.
  4. Back of hair is secured in a neat bun at the nape of the neck.
  5. Natural hair colors only (brown preferred). If a wig or extensions are used, they must be high quality and look like real hair.

  1. A-180 blaster pistol is silver with black accents and a black textured grip.

Required Details:

  1. Translucent/clear crystal pendant on a black leather or leather-like cord.

[box]Tonfa/T-Baton

Required Details:

  1. Baton is weathered black and silver
  2. Black sections of the baton are a raised diamond-like pattern
  3. Silver sections of the baton are smooth
  4. Baton has a circular cut-out at the top that allows it to be clipped to the holster.

ALTERNATE CONFIGURATIONS

[box]Jedha

  1. The following pieces are required for the Jedha alternate configuration:
  2. Scarf, jacket, vest, shirt, pants, belt and holster, boots, and pocket tool(s).
  3. Any of the optional items may be added on in any combination.[/box]
[box]Scarf

Required Details:

  1. Heavily weathered medium grey scarf with blue undertones.
  2. All edges of the scarf are hemmed.
  3. Scarf is very long. It wraps around the neck once with the tails falling down the back to the knee.
  4. Scarf tails are sharply angled.

Optional Details:

  1. Scarf has at least two (three preferred) decorative seams that run perpendicular to the length of the scarf.

Required Details:

  1. Dull sage-green, blue-green, or green-gray heavy woven fabric (cotton drill or similar recommended).
  2. Bottom of jacket is visible below the vest but does not pass the hips.
  3. Jacket has a slightly shrunken fit. The sleeves end just at the gloves and the front of the jacket is always worn open
  4. Sleeves have yellow, cream, or tan rectangle detailing. Detailing may be created with dimensional fabric paint, embroidery, or suede applique.
  5. Two lines of stitching run parallel to the rectangle details on either side of the sleeves.
  6. Cuffs have three lines of stitching at the cuff, a space, then another single line of stitching.
  7. Waistband has four lines of topstitching.
  8. Left side opening of jacket has a vertical flap of fabric (approximately 1”-1.5” (2.5-3 cm) wide. The flap is divided horizontally by seams into three equal sections.

Optional Details:

  1. Action pleats on back of jacket
  2. Center back seam
  3. Seams are flat-felled
  4. Front zipper visible on left side only
  5. Tall mandarin/stand collar with horizontal lines of topstitching.
