CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Barriss Offee was a female Mirialan Jedi Knight. She carried a blue lightsaber and trained as a Padawan under Jedi Master Luminara Unduli. Offee participated in the First Battle of Geonosis that began the Clone Wars and continued to serve alongside Unduli throughout the war. Offee preferred studying ancient Jedi texts to fighting. During her time as a Jedi Padawan, Offee struck up a friendship with Ahsoka Tano, the Padawan learner of Anakin Skywalker. Though rather different in personality, the two bonded through shared experience in combat, including at the Second Battle of Geonosis. (Source: Wookiepedia)

Required Details:
1. There are four diamond shaped tattoos in diamond order on the back of the hand.
2. The fingernails are painted black.

Required Details:
1. Long-sleeved black shirt, made of non-shiny material. Shirt texture is horizontally ribbed.
2. The shirt is tightly fitted and sleeves must cover the wrists.
3. The shirt has a front middle panel that is wider at the top than at the bottom. Panel is made of different fabric than the shirt. The panel texture is horizontally ribbed. Recommended fabric for the panel is black corduroy fabric.
4. The shirt is tucked inside the skirt.
5. The stripes of the shirt and bib are approximately 0.4 inch (1 cm) wide.

Required Details:
1. Skirt is black in color (same color as the shirt), flared and full-length. Made out of a non-ribbed non-shiny drapey material.
2. Skirt should be tightly fitted from waist to mid-thigh and flared to the ground.
3. Top and skirt are to be two separate pieces.
Optional Details:
1. Recommended to wear fitted non-sheer pants that are black in color worn under the skirt. Pants should be plain and tucked into boots.

Required Details:
1. Cloak gray-blue in color and has dark blue raised texture or pattern. No bright colors permitted on the cloak. Cloak is made out of non-shiny material with a large hood.
2. Pattern must match the reference as much as possible. Flowers and hard geometric shapes are not permitted.
3. The cloak should have a collar that wraps around the neck and a front yoke. The front of the hood should loop up to attach to the bottom of the collar. No visible fastenings permitted.
4. Cloak should be long and reach the ground or no shorter than 1 inch (2.5 cm) off the ground.
5. The hood is self lined and falls onto the shoulders when worn.
Optional Details:
1. Separate fitted cowl to cover and hide hair and ears.

Required Details:
1. Dark brown leather belt with heart-shaped decoration on buckle.
2. Belt should be approximately 2 inches (5 cm) in width.
3. Buckle is approximately 0.4 inches (1 cm) wider than belt.
4. Decoration on the buckle is a love heart shape in a bronze and gold color. There are small gold dots around the perimeter edge of buckle.
5. The end of the belt stops in the middle of the wearer’s left side and is held in place with a keeper, approximately 0.5 inches (1.3 cm) wide. The end of the belt narrows to a point.

2. Hilt has dark ridges running along top and bottom of hilt.
3. The lightsaber may be a static prop (hilt-only).
4. No toy sabers, no Ultimate FX short saber.
