CHARACTER DESCRIPTION

The Bespin Wing Guard, informally known as the Bespin Security Guard, Cloud City Wing Guard, or Cloud Police, whose members sometimes were called Bespin cops, was the primary security force of Cloud City on Bespin.

REQUIRED ITEMS


[box]1. Undershirt

a. Shirt is a cream-colored turtleneck made of jersey material

b. Only the turtleneck collar of the undershirt is exposed.[/box]


[box]2. Jacket

a. The jacket is blue in color and made of a matte material

b. The jacket closes in the center using Velcro for the closure

c. Trim on jacket is very thin almost flat gold piping. Piping goes around the neck down both sides of the jacket and around the back about 1″ inside the jacket edge. There is an additional looped design out of the same trim on the front lower corner of both sides of the jacket

d. Jacket has a 3 inch high dart in the center of each side front at the bottom

e. The sleeves of the jacket have red cuffs on the forearms that are pointed to a triangular shape on the outer side of the sleeve

f. The top triangular points of the red cuffs are trimmed in black

g. Jacket is collarless

h. Jacket bottom is below the waistline and covers the waistline of the pants.[/box]

 

[box]NOTE: The Jacket, Pants, and Helmet are a dark blue (not navy) in color and should match as closely as possible.  Since the Helmet is a suede like material it might be easier to purchase cream, white or ivory fabrics and then dye them so they all look the same.[/box]


[box]3. Pants

a. The pants are made of the same blue material as the jacket

b. The pants are tucked into the boots

c. Pants may close in front with standard fly stitching[/box]


[box]4. Boots
a. The boots are made of leather or leather-like material. No rubber boots allowed

b. Boots come to just below the knee and are black leather. (No suede or vinyl or rubber boots)

c. It is preferred that the boots have a visible full-length inside zipper with either a brass or gold colored regular zipper pull – however pull on boots will be permitted or smaller inside zippers. No laces or buckles allowed.[/box]

 

[box]5. Helmet 

a. Accurately shaped helmet based on the Ottoman Turkish Kabulak but worn backwards to create the very short visor effect. Material of hat should have a suede like appearance and match the jacket and pants in color. The helmet design is made from 2 belts. Each belt is made of a right and left side. The right and left sides overlap on the top belt in the opposite direction as the bottom belt. The bottom belt sits on top of the upper belt.

b. Belts have a dark blue trim on the edges which are visible and make the design of the hat. [/box]


 

OPTIONAL ITEMS

[box]1. Relby K-23 Blaster Pistol in accurately shaped black plastic holster.  Holster may be worn on the right or left hip. [/box]
