Required Details
• Orange medium-to-heavy weight matte fabric with no sheen one-piece flight suit/coveralls. Heavy cotton twill recommended.
• Flight suit has a front zipper that is hidden by a strip of the same material as the flight suit that is approximately 2.5 cm (1″) wide
• Flight suit is devoid of visible zippers or snaps.
• Flight suit has two upper thigh pockets with curved openings, one on each leg, positioned close to the outer side seam of pant leg. Width is approx. ¾ the width of the pant leg lying flat, height is taller than width by a couple inches.
• Flight suit has two middle thigh pockets with rectangular flap closures, one on each leg, positioned immediately below upper thigh pockets and similarly close to outer side seam of pant leg. Width is the same as width of upper thigh pockets, height is taller than width by approx. 2.5 cm (1″)
• All rectangular flap closures have a height that covers the top ¼ height of the pocket.
• Flight suit pant legs are tucked into boots and bloused over the top.
Optional Details
• Mandarin-style collar with pointed tab closure, closing from wearer’s left to right with the exposed tab extending to the right side of the neck.
• Code cylinder pocket on outside of the wearer’s upper middle left arm, centered to the shoulder seam with slots for 5 code cylinders. Pocket is rectangular, width is a bit over 12.5 cm (5″) with seams between code cylinders 2.5 cm (1″) apart, height is slightly taller than the width by approx. 2.5 cm (1″)
• Comm pad pocket is on the outside of wearer’s left forearm above the wrist, centered to the shoulder seam and placed approximately halfway between the wrist and elbow. Open window is large enough for most of comm pad to be visible, border approx. 2.5 cm (1″) around all sides around window.
• Rectangular pocket with a rectangular flap closure on upper-middle of wearer’s right arm, centered to the shoulder seam. Width is nearly the width of arm if lying flat, height is taller than the width by a couple inches.
• There is a horizontal seam or double-topstitched line on the front of the flight suit that runs across the upper chest.
• There are two vertical seams or double-topstitched lines that run from the upper chest (horizonal seam) to waist seam centered on each side of the chest Mandarin-style collar closes with Velcro.
• Cuffs close similar to the Mandarin-style collar with Velcro.
• There is a shoulder gusset in the back on each side.
• Top and bottom portions of the flight suit are connected with an approximately 5 cm (2″) wide strip of material the same as the flight suit that wraps around the flight suit. This fabric has slight ruching in the back.
• There are two chest pockets with a height starting at approximately center on the chest and extending to the waist, and width from the center of either side of the chest and wrapping around the sides of the torso with curved openings, one on each side.
• Flight suit has two pockets on wearer’s shins with rectangular flap closures, one on each leg, positioned similarly close to outer side seam of pant leg as upper and middle thigh pockets. Width and height measurements matches the middle thigh pockets.

Required Details
• Droid vest is made from a black leather or leather-like material.
• Consists of strapping across the costumer’s chest and a backplate on the costumer’s back that features several panels
• There are two 5 cm (2″) shoulder straps attached to the top of the backplate, one on each side, that loop over the shoulder, under the arm, and reattach to the backplate along the side edges.
• Front of vest fits snugly across the chest with the following details:
– There is a silver slide buckle toward the top of each shoulder strap that is parallel to the top of the wearer’s shoulder
– There are two straps horizontally across the upper chest each looping around one of the shoulder straps and connected at the center with an interlocking chest buckle.
– There is a black leather or leather-like loop, approximately 1.3 cm (1/2″) wide, on each side of the center buckle.
– There is a silver comm pad buckle where the horizontal chest strap connects to the shoulder strap on the wearer’s left side.
– Comm pad is approximately 5.8 cm (2.25″) square
– Comm pad has 5 equally spaced black or indented horizontal rectangles on the right side when looking from the front.
– Comm pad has a thin black or indented vertical pill shape on the left side when looking from the front that is centered vertically and is about half the height of the comm pad.
• Rectangular back plate consists of several panels made of black leather or leather-like material with following details:
– Back plate foundation is scaled to wearer’s back with the width equal to the distance between the wearer’s shoulder blades and is made of sturdy material that contours to the wearer’s back.
– Back plate has a rectangle border of strapping to form 4 sides with a black center area
– Left and right sides are made of a vertical strap that is slightly thinner than the shoulder strap, and begins under each shoulder strap and ends under the bottom horizonal border.
– Bottom border is the width of the back plate and is approximately 5 cm (2″) tall.
– Top border is a handle that is approximately 3.8 cm (1.5″) tall and tapers larger where it attaches under the side straps
– Handle is slightly raised on the plate and rigid to maintain a curved shape.
– On each side, there is a topstitched rectangle where the handle, shoulder strap, and side strap meet that is approximately the width and height of the overlapped area. There are two horizonal topstitched rectangles directly above the larger rectangle that are approximately 13 mm (1/2″) tall and the same width as the larger rectangle.
– On each side, there is a topstitched square where the side strap and bottom border meet that is approximately slightly smaller than the overlapped area.

Belt

Required Details
• Belt is made of black leather or leather like material base that is approximately 7.6 cm (3”) tall.
• Attached to belt front is an ammo belt that is slightly taller than the base to cover completely, made from a shiny black hard material, such as ABS or similar plastic. It is composed of 6 rectangular boxes, with three square buttons, one centered in the middle and on each end of the belt.
• There are two drop boxes approximately 11.5 cm (4.5″) long, 6 cm (2.25″) wide, and 6 mm (¼”) thick that hang from the sides of the plastic belt face with black straps just to the center of the last rectangular box on each side.
• Belt closes with a large silver square sliding buckle slightly wider than the width of the belt., slightly off center, on the wearer’s right side with the front and back opening looping around each side of the buckle, leaving the center open.
• There is a black leather or leather-like pouch centered to the wearer on the back of the belt and attached with hidden belt loops.
• Pouch is approximately 15 cm (6″) long and approximately 9 cm (3.5″) tall, which is slightly taller than the belt.
• Pouch has a flap the full length of the pouch that is worn closed from top to bottom.
Optional Details
• Top flap of the pouch has 12 rows of vertical topstitching extending from top to bottom.
• Top flap of the pouch has a topstitched border on the left, bottom, and right sides.

Holster

Required Details
• Holster is made of black leather or leather-like material and ends just below the middle of the costumer’s thigh
• Holster is made to fit an E-11 blaster.
• Holster is worn on the wearer’s left side of the belt and attaches with two leather or leather-like material straps. The only visible attachment are two silver fasteners (rivets, snaps, or Chicago screws) at the top of the holster, one on each side.
• Holster has a thin strap that extends from the top of the holster and attaches at the middle of the holster with a silver fastener, covering the opening where a blaster would sit.
• Holster front panel extends from the bottom to approximately halfway up the total length at a 60-degree angle. This panel has a notch to fit an E-11’s magazine.

Ejection Harness

Required Details
• Harness is made of silver gray webbing that is approximately 5 cm (2″) wide
• There is a vertical harness strap attach to each side of the belt that extends down the middle of the outer thigh to approximately the inseam.
• The bottom of each vertical strap wraps around a loop that wraps around each leg on the upper thigh.
• Harness loops connect with the webbing threading from the front to the back of the wearer through a silver slide buckle that sits on the back of the leg, off-center toward the outer thigh.
• There is a silver slide buckle on the front of each harness loop that sits off-center toward the outer thigh and is the same size as the back buckles.
• Harness loops fit loosely around each thigh and hang asymmetrically.
• The open area of each buckle is approximately 5 cm (2″) and sit flush with the 2 inch webbing.
• The harness is moderately weathered.

• Flare holder is made of olive drab or grey canvas or similar material approximately 10 cm (4″) tall and long enough to fit around the leg just above the visible portion of the boot.
• Running the center of the holder is a thinner strap of the same material sectioned off into 8 loops.
• Holder loops are spaced equidistant around the leg.
• Each holder loop contains a leg flare.
• Leg flares are silver metallic in appearance and may be made of metal or wood painted to appear as metal.
