CHARACTER DESCRIPTION

Jocasta Nu was a female Human who served as the Chief Librarian of the Jedi Archives during the final days of the Galactic Republic, with a penchant for being a bit overconfident in the completeness of her Archives. During her career, Nu served as a member of the Jedi High Council and trained many Padawans, including the future Emperor’s Hand, Jerec, Olee Starstone, whom she tutored in the years prior to the Clone Wars, and Jin-Lo Rayce, founder of the Agents of Ossus. Jocasta Nu died when the 501st Legion ransacked the Jedi Temple at the end of the Clone Wars.

Required Details:
1. Hair in high bun at the back of the head.
2. Two dark hairsticks forming an X on the top back of the head.
3. Natural hair colors only permitted, grey or white hair is recommended.

Optional Details:
1. Blue eye color contact lenses recommended, not required.
2. Dark red lipstick worn.
3. Scar running along the right side of the face going from temple to under the cheek bone.

Shirt:

Required Details:
1. Dark brown shirt with close-fitting round neckline.
2. Recommended fabric is Jersey or similar fabric with non shiny stretch.
3. Long sleeves that are straight and fit closely to the arm and reach the first knuckle of the thumb. Must cover the wrist and be longer than the outer tunic sleeve.

Optional Details:
1. A ribbed, horizontal design on the shirt.

Outer Tunic:

Required Details:
1. Outer tunic is yellow-gold or middle ochre in color.
2. Recommended fabric is raw silk, wool, wool blend or similar textured fabric.
3. Sleeves are trumpet sleeves, stopping just above the wrist and showing no visible seams.
4. Collar must be approximately 2 inches (5 cm) wide.
4. Outer tunic tunic must cover the hips.
5. Outer tunic must close left over right.

Required Details:
1. Tabards are yellow-gold or middle ochre in color and recommended fabric is linen or similar textured fabric with a different texture to the outer tunic.
2. Tabards must extend to mid-calf in length.
3. Appropriate geometric dark brown embroidery, consisting of interlocking lines.
4. Tabards have rolled/binded edges.

Optional Details:
1. Randomized sections of the pattern are a lighter ochre color thread.

Required Details:
1. Obi is yellow-gold or middle ochre in color and is made of the same fabric as the tabards.
2. Obi is approximately 7.5 to 9.5 inches (20 – 25 cm) wide
3. Appropriate geometric dark brown embroidery.
4. Obi has rolled/binded edges.
5. Obi wraps left end over right and meets at the back.
6. No visible ties or ribbons.

Skirt:

Required Details:
1. Long wrap around skirt is dark brown or black in color and recommended fabric is linen or similar textured fabric.
2. Skirt must match inner tunic in color.
3. The skirt has a wrap around look. The top layer overlapping in front is slightly shorter and at the front bottom the underlayer of the skirt is visible. The wrap around skirt wraps around in about 540° and ends at the left leg. It is the last 180° that is a little bit shorter than the rest of the skirt.

Optional Details:
1. Fabric has a light vertical crinkle texture.

Boots:

Required Details:
1. Dark brown or black boots of any height.
2. Top of the boots must not be visible from under the skirt.

Pouch:

Required Details:
1. Big pouch is brown in color and made of suede or suede-like material.
2. Pouch hangs below the obi on the wearer’s left side.
3. Pouch must be rounded and gathered with a thick black or very dark brown cord at the top (drawstring type).
4. Cord must be a braided cord or similar that is long enough to hang down the length of the pouch when the pouch is pulled closed.
5. Cord has two (2) large black or very dark brown beads or similar at the ends, one (1) for each end of cord.

Jedi librarian tools:

Required Details:
1. Two (2) different, accurate Librarian tools.
2. Tools are attached to a brass ring on a medium brown leather or leather-like strip.
3. If 2 (2) tools are used, one (1) strip is required.

Optional Details:
1. Three (3) different, accurate Librarian Tools.
2. If three (3) tools are used there must be two (2) leather strips of different lengths with the longer strip holding two (2) tools, and the shorter strip holding one (1) tool.
