CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
A human male, Malakili was born on Corellia, a planet of the Core Worldsbest known for its pirates, its fast starships, and skilled merchants. Since his most tender childhood, the young Malakili was fascinated by wild animals, and he wished he could dedicate his life to taking care of them.

[box]1. Hood:a. The hood is made of a dark brown leather or leather-like material, and weathered to look black in places.
b. The hood is approximately one square yard, cut to a similar shape as references.
c. There is a split / seam on right side of head, used to shape to head.
d. There are two long, loose laces hang down from seam.
The hood has the appearance of being “stitched” together by hand with black lacing.
e. The hood’s edges have a rough appearance.
f. There is patchwork of lighter shade leathers on top of head at brow and down left side of head.
g. Attached to the hood is 3/4″ to 1″ wide black “choker” around neck.
The choker extends up behind the ears and attaches to inside of hood to keep hood in place.
h. The hood appears dirty, sweat-stained and greasy.[/box]
[box]2. Arm Bands:a. The armbands are 2-1/2″ wide heavy leather or leather-like material straps. They are dark brown in color and appear to be sweat-stained.
b. The bands are worn on the biceps (just below the armpit) and wrap completely around the arm with no gaps.
c. The edge of straps appear to be worn (either rounded or beveled).
d. There is no visible closure. Any overlap used for closure faces to the back, under the arm.
e. The armbands have three bronze-looking domes, approximately 2″ on diameter at the base. The domes are not perfect cups, but rather appear to be hand-crafted. Each dome has a “weld” detail around its base, approximately 1/8″ thick. The domes are equally spaced around the strap, on “points” of four, with the fourth space empty under the arm.
f. Between each dome is a pair of silver studs. There are eight total. The center of studs are 1/2″ from the edge of the strap. The studs are a half-dome shape and silver, but are dirty and tarnished till almost black.[/box]
[box]3. Vambraces/Forearm Guards:a. The arm guards are made from a heavy leather or leather-like material. They are dark brown in color. They appear sweat-stained.
b. The center area of forearm has a lighter brown area in the center.
c. The armgaurds are extended down to cover half if the back of the hand.The guards do not reach the knuckles. They are extended up to cover approximately 2/3 of the forearm. The guards do not reach the elbow.
d. The edges of guards appear to be worn. Either rounded or beveled.
e. There are seven studs circle the forearm. The studs are equally spaced and symmetrical. The center of studs are 1/2″ from the edge of the strap.
The studs are a half-dome shape and silver, but are dirty and tarnished till almost black.
f. There is a 2″ wide leather strap wraps around the wrist, over the top of the guard.
g. There are two pairs of studs are on each side of the wrist strap, just off the vambrace.
h. There is a 3/4″ wide leather secondary strap is centered around the wrist strap.
i. The narrow strip has three pairs of “teeth” with a stud in between each pair.
j. The back of the hand has a round leather disc detail with a stud in the center.
k. There is no visible closure. Any overlap used for closure faces to the inside under the wrist.

[box]4. Belt:a. The belt is made from several, different earth-tone fabric strips, braided together.
b. There is a dirty white fabric strip looped around left side of belt, as in reference.
c. The belt (and pants) is worn at the waist and goes across the belly, not under the belly.
d. The belt is weathered to look dirty and sweat-stained.[/box]
[box]5. Stomach and Back Plate:a. A dark brown leather or leather-like material covered plate is tucked into the belt.
b. The amount sticking up appears to be less than half a circle; not an even curve.
c. The plates give the appearance of something round, wrapped in leather, creating radial folds.
d. The plates appear sweat-stained.[/box]
[box]6. Loincloth:a. The loincloth is made of gathered dark brown fabric, pulled through the legs.
b. It covers half of the front and back visually and is tucked under the belt and allowed to fall over and forward.
c. Excess fabrichangs over in uneven bunches; 8″ to 10″ hanging down.
d. The fabric shows signs of dirt and stains.[/box]
[box]7. Pants:a. The pants are loose fitting, full “gypsy” or “harem” pants and are made from a course weave material.
b. The pants are worn at the waist and go across the belly, not under the belly. The pants are also gathered at the waist and cuffs. The pant legs pull down over boots.
c. The pants have a brown/greenish/mustard hue, sepia brown.
d. The fabric shows signs of dirt and stains.[/box]
[box]8. Leg Bands:a. The leg bands are 2-1/2″ wide heavy leather or leather-like material straps. They appear to be sweat-stained.
b. The bands wrap completely around the upper calf with no gaps.
c. The edge of straps appear to be worn (either rounded or beveled).
d. There is no visible closure. Any overlap used for closure faces to the back under the calf.
e. They are worn high at the top of the calves, just below the knee.
f. They have four bronze-looking domes, approximately 2″ on diameter at the base. The domes are not be perfect cups, but rather appear to be hand-crafted. Each dome has a “weld” detail around its base, approximately 1/8″ thick. The domes are equally spaced around the strap, on “points” of five, with the fifth space empty on the inside of the leg.

[box]10. Boots:a. The boots are calf-high and worn underneath the pants.
b. They are edium to dark brown, leather or leather-like material. Dull matte finish, suede is recommended. The boots are not “moccasin” style.
c. Low to no heel.
d. No visible stitches.
e. There is a center, light brown detail trim, running down instep to front of toe. This can be cording applied to the surface.
f. The boots appear dirty and stained.[/box]

[box]1. Body Make-up:
The skin has a dirty and sweaty appearance to match the character in the movie.
2. Gaderfii spear:
a. Has standard Tusken “pineapple” on one end. This is of the completely “round” based variety, and not the more asymmetrical/organic design from the original Fijian war club.
b. Has standard Tusken shaft. Shaft appears hand crafted. Shaft becomes thicker and flares out slightly at the spike end.
c. The spike/blade is unique to this character. It has two forward points in the shape of a “W” and two side points come straight out as the bottom edge. The blade is taller than it is wide and has thickness. There are two parallel details on each side edge of the blade. The blade has center raided ridge.
d. Short tang coming out to the shaft.[/box]
