CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Stellan Gios was a human male Jedi Master who was part of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era. At one point, Vernestra Rwoh was his Jedi Padawan before she was promoted to Jedi Knight, and he was stationed at the Jedi outpost on the planet Caragon-Viner. Stellan had risen through the ranks of the Order along with Avar Kriss and when they worked together they were seen as immense powerhouses on missions for the Order and the Galactic Republic. Gios was formerly the Padawan of Master Rana Kant, and formed close bonds with Kriss and Elzar Mann during their time as apprentices, often serving as a voice of reason in the trio.

Required Details:
1. Hair is worn in a short Byronic style. It is full and brushed back straight from the scalp.
2. Must be long enough to create fullness at the hairline and to curl slightly at the neck.
3. Beard is short and well groomed, fully covering the lower cheeks and chin, and connecting to a short well groomed mustache.
3. All natural hair colors are permitted, though dark brown is recommended.

Required Details:
1. Gold, lighter than the pants, darker than or the same color as the midcoat.
2. Visible at the collar.
3. If sleeves are included (which is optional) they are not tightly fitted, but are less full than the outer tunic.
4. The inner tunic does not have gold trim.
5. May cross either way, but must be the same crossing direction as the outer tunic and tabards.

Outer tunic:

Required Details:
1. White wrap tunic made of light to medium-weight fabric.
2. Low hip to mid thigh length. The bottom edge of the outer tunic fully covers the buttocks and extends to roughly mid-thigh length. Inner tunic must not be visible at the bottom edge.
3. Worn over the inner tunic and beneath the midcoat
4. Sleeves are full length and slightly belled, extending at least to the wrist but not past the first knuckle.
5. Costume must include a kimono-style collar on the outer and inner tunic, see following details:
i) Kimono-style collar is made of the same material as the garment it is attached to and is roughly 1”-2” / 2.5-5 cm wide, proportional to the costumer. This collar wraps around the neck and overlaps in a neat V below the costumer’s neck and wraps across the chest at an angle.
ii) May cross either way, but must be the same crossing direction as the tabards and inner tunic.
6. Collar panel may or may not be separate and should be hidden by the midcoat and tabards
7. Thin gold trim set slightly inset of hems is required on the sleeves but optional on the tunic skirt. If used, the gold trim should be darker than the tabard but lighter than the pants. The trim may be made from narrow ribbon, soutache, piping, cording, or other simple trim; bias tape; embroidered; vinyl transfer; or finely painted.
8. If the tunic includes the gold strip on multiple edges, it must be the same kind of material on all edges.

Required Details:
1. White or cream, slightly darker than or the same color as the outer tunic, with gold embroidery/ornamentation in patterns matching canon references.
2. Above the belt, two sections that cross over but not past each other.
3. Tabards may cross either way but must cross the same way as the tunics.
4. Each section features gold lines slightly inset from the edges, as well as two parallel gold lines that point downward towards the center. The space between the lines may feature a gold panel the same color as or lighter than the midcoat, or maybe the general white/cream of the tabard.
5. There are ornamental curls pointing downward coming off the lower parallel lines over the chest and the inner lines at the collar bone.
6. The back above the belt may be one solid piece, or may be two cross pieces like the front.
7. Ornamentation on the outer edges of the back is required, but diagonal lines are optional.
8. Below the belt, tabard tapers outward until the knee, after which it comes back in at a blunt point that just brushes the tops of the boots at its longest.
9. Lower tabard is approximately a foot wide at the widest.
10. Lower tabard features inset gold edging, and 3 Jedi symbols. From top to bottom, those symbols are: Arrowhead shape with two downward curving petals, arrowhead or upward pointed oval with four upward facing petals, and large arrowhead with 4 downward pointing petals. All shapes are solid, filled-in gold.
11. The lower tabard also features one downward facing chevron between the first and second symbols, and two upward facing chevrons. The space between the upward chevrons may be gold, the same color, or lighter than the midcoat (should match the filled in space on top), or may be the same white/cream as the tabard.
12. The back below the belt should match the front.
Optional Details:
1. One (1) large “peacock” symbol at the bottom, with four (4) petals and a center arrowhead. Reminiscent of the Jedi Council floor markings, then a downward chevron over it, with a smaller fan symbol (two (2) petals and an arrowhead) above.

Required Details:
1. White or cream, same color as outer tunic, unornamented.
2. Must be at least wide enough to be visible above and below the belt all around, though it may be as wide as an inch and a half above and below the belt.

Required Details:
1. Double Layer Belt – narrower brown belt on the outside, and wider brown belt on the inside.
2. Has a rectangular belt buckle that is gold tone with the High Republic Jedi symbol (Arrowhead with 8 upward facing petals)
3. The narrow belt connects to the buckle via metal caps and struts in silver or gold.
4. Belt may feature silver button studs outside the narrow belt
5. Belt features a saber holder on the left hip which consists of two hanging straps, attached to the belt on either side of a gold rectangular fixture with an open center. The open center optionally features a round metallic fixture which does not touch the inner edges of the rectangle. The straps have gold metal bands or clips at their lowest point.

1. Medium to dark gold or tan (lighter than boots, darker than other golds of costume)
2. Moderately loose, tucked into and blousing slightly above the boots.
3. Pants do not have visible pockets. Side and back pockets are allowed if covered by the outer tunic, tabards, and/or midcoat.

Lightsaber

Required Details:
1. Cross guard saber with lit gold quillons.
2. Cross folds up when lightsaber is off.
3. Pommel is black and gold striped and has a golden arrow shaped detail.
4. Handle is mainly black and has a golden rilled band running across the middle, therefore separating the handle into two black parts.
5. Upper part of handle, where cross fold starts, is silver and has a red round button.
Optional Details:
1. Attached blade(s), LED lights, and sound effects, are allowed but not required.
2. If bladed, must be blue.
